Leafs' Maurice feels young at 40

The Leafs have won both games in Carolina this season, which pleases coach Paul Maurice, who turned 40 yesterday. Maurice coached the Hurricanes for almost nine seasons.

"I don't think that was on anybody's mind on the bench," Maurice said. "They're the Stanley Cup champion, not because I was here, but because they're a damn good team. I believe that would be their ninth home loss.

"It's funny, when you come back to this place. I know the roads, but it's not home."
