Antropov rallies Maple Leafs in Raleigh
The Toronto Maple Leafs opened a five-game road trip, their longest of the season, on a winning note.
Nik Antropov scored twice in the third period as the visiting Maple Leafs clipped the defending Stanley Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes 4-1 at the RBC Center on Tuesday.
"We played hard," said Maple Leafs head coach Paul Maurice, who celebrated his 40th birthday with a second straight road win over his former team.
