Tucker can't wait to join red-hot Maple Leaf teammates for stretch run

It's killing Darcy Tucker not to be part of his team's hot run but the Toronto Maple Leafs winger says it could be worse.

"It's a lot better than the alternative, them not playing well. A lot better," Tucker said on the phone Wednesday.

Tucker, who wears his heart on his sleeve, has been tremendously frustrated by a foot injury sustained Dec. 26 that has caused him to miss 15 of his team's last 16 games.
