Steen scores winner as red-hot Maple Leafs get past Blues 2-1
Watching from the other end of the rink, St. Louis Blues goalie Manny Legace thought he witnessed the save of the year. Andrew Raycroft wasn't arguing.
Alex Steen snapped a tie late in the second period and Raycroft's spectacular stop on Bill Guerin made it stand up in the Toronto Maple Leafs' 2-1 victory Tuesday night. Raycroft robbed Guerin during a power play at about the four-minute mark of the third, recovering from a nice stop on a deflection by lunging to his left and gloving Guerin's shot that would've tied it at 2.
