From hero to zero to hero again, Andrew Raycroft's season has now officially gone full circle.
The Maple Leafs netminder, frequently booed at the Air Canada Centre before the all-star break, was yesterday publicly acknowledged for his recent stellar work when he was named the NHL's First Star of the week for posting victories in his last three games. Raycroft's performance, and how it is perceived, keeps changing but the 26-year-old never lost perspective through the tough times and he wasn't about to let this honour go to his head.

well i don't agree with the "raycroft has gone full circle" comment i believe that raycroft has always been good but on some nights he just doesn't get any help from our defence and other nights we can't get any offence but overall raycroft is an amazing goalie and he should be first star after every game :) <3love u raycroft
