Upbeat tune for Blues
It's a safe bet the Leafs won't swagger into St. Louis tonight expecting a win over a Blues club that is well below them in points this season.
It would be a mistake if they did since the Blues have outdone the Phoenix Coyotes as the most improved team in the Western Conference.
A bottom feeder no more, the Blues flourished shortly after coach Andy Murray took over from former Leaf assistant Mike Kitchen on Dec.12. They lost their first four games under Murray, but rebounded to go 13-2-2 over their next 17.
