Kris Newbury Injury Update

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Kris Newbury was examined Saturday night at Mount Sinai Hospital following the game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Tests revealed that Newbury suffered no skull or C-spine fracture.

Newbury was released from Mount Sinai Hospital Sunday. His playing status is listed as day to day
