As usual, surging Isles expect to have tough time in Toronto

The Islanders ended one long run of futility when they won on Canadian ice for the first time in four years 10 days ago in Montreal. Can they also stop their winless streak in Toronto at 11 games when they face the Maple Leafs tonight at Air Canada Centre?

Put it this way: If they don't, their uphill struggle to reach the playoffs will get immeasurably harder.
