Sundin Gives Leafs Win Over Rangers

Mats Sundin's breakaway goal broke a third-period tie and lifted the Toronto Maple Leafs to a 2-1 victory over the Rangers Wednesday in New York.

Sundin also assisted on Alexei Ponikarovsky's tying power-play goal in the second period.

Brendan Shanahan scored for the Rangers, who had won two in a row. Andrew Raycroft, in his 13th straight start, made 37 saves for Toronto.
