Leafs pumped for Habs, Sabres

The Maple Leafs haven't had a day quite as important as this one this season, but that's only because tomorrow is a day away.

"That's the way it is right now, where every mistake is magnified and every game is more important than the last," said defenceman Hal Gill.

Such is life in the NHL with the end of the season only 20 games away and five points separating 10th from sixth in the Eastern Conference.
